CAJINDOS DESIGN is a niche boutique design firm, here to cater our services to suit the specific needs of our clientele. We offer custom-tailored design services for every market or project you might have. Be it residential, a single detached dwelling, or penthouse condo on the 80th floor in your high rise, and everything in between. To commercial projects from small local retail shops, to large department stores. Hospitality mom n pop restaurant spaces, to franchise food court kiosks, healthcare facilities, school and work camp cafeterias. We also specialize in office spaces, brand recognition, workplace productivity, and efficiency. We offer our years of expertise, added value, and do all the heavy lifting and take the stress out of any project you might have.

Meet GERALD CAJINDOS

Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Gerald completed Architecture at NAIT. He then went to Grant MacEwan, where he graduated from fine arts, before moving to Toronto for design school. He graduated top of his class at the International Academy of Design & Technology in 2002. He has had much success in the design world, working on a vast number of jobs globally, from theme parks and resorts in Dubai to concept development that birthed the "REC ROOM" across Canada and working with tourism Ontario on updated Rest Stops along the 401 highway. To local high-profile projects at Edmonton's world-renowned, West Edmonton Mall, from food court renos, Bourbon Street, and Waterpark Upgrades, to Tenant Improvement projects, which lead to further involvement once he branched out on his own. He's also done vast work reshaping Edmonton's city landscape with a number of high-rise multi-residential skyscrapers and condos, to designing high-end luxury homes, both off-grid and production homes. Which have earned him a number of CHMA home builder awards, for the work he has done. Which Gerald continues to do in his own practice, sharing his years of experience and skills to any project he is blessed to be a part of.

We assist with every facet of your home, be it kitchen & bathroom design, full blown gut & reno, to designing your finished basement, We love infills, skinnies, and new builds. We work hand in hand with developers, designing and detailing every aspect of the property, maximizing the number and size of suites, parking and amenities on site. REGENERATIVE DESIGN

This is our passion, as our mission is to do our part to make the world a better place. Thus sustainability is something we strive for with every project. We have a background in regenerative and permaculture systems that help us get to a net zero lifestyle. We have worked on such projects as the first LEED Silver multi-res high rise, to the only net zero townhouse and church complex in Canada. We've designed award winning luxury off grid homes to fully sustainable, closed loop farming developments.
